These terms explain the rules for accessing ARXN, using account features, reviewing agent output and interacting with connected financial providers.
By creating an account, accessing ARXN or using any ARXN product, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Some features may have additional conditions shown before activation. Those specific conditions apply together with these terms.
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
ARXN provides financial research, account tools, agent-assisted analysis and interfaces to connected providers. Availability can change by market, account status, location and provider approval.
Agent output is information and decision support. It is not a promise of performance, guaranteed result, personalized legal or tax advice, or an instruction that must be followed.
Prices, billing periods, fees and renewal details are shown before purchase. You authorize the selected payment method to be charged according to the confirmed billing cycle.
Digital-asset deposits and withdrawals require the exact asset, network and address. Network fees, provider fees, confirmation times, screening and limits may apply. ARXN may delay or reject a route that cannot be safely verified.
You may not use ARXN to commit fraud, evade lawful controls, interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, impersonate another person, manipulate markets or conduct prohibited financial activity.
ARXN may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect clients, providers, the platform or comply with legal obligations.
Some features depend on identity, banking, market-data, wallet, communication or execution providers. Their terms, privacy practices, availability and decisions also apply to the service they provide. ARXN does not control external network congestion, provider outages or a provider's independent eligibility decision.
Markets can move rapidly and losses can exceed expectations. You remain responsible for reviewing the amount, asset, account, provider, fees, destination and risk before confirming a financial action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARXN is not liable for losses caused solely by market movement, unsupported networks, incorrect client instructions, third-party interruption or events outside reasonable control.
We may update these terms when products, laws or operating requirements change. Material changes will be presented through the service or another reasonable notice channel. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
You may stop using ARXN at any time. Account closure remains subject to unsettled activity, legal retention duties and provider requirements.
