1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created while you use the service and information returned by providers you choose to connect.
- Profile and contact information, such as name, email, phone number, date of birth and country.
- Account security information, such as session, device and access records.
- Identity status and review references. Protected identity documents may be handled by a verification provider or restricted review system.
- Financial account summaries, wallet addresses, transaction references and provider statuses connected with your consent.
- Questions, uploaded files, saved research, preferences and support messages.
- Technical information such as browser type, approximate location, diagnostics and service events.
2. How information is used
Information is used to operate your account, answer requests, personalize the desk, protect sensitive actions, detect misuse, process supported transactions, maintain records, communicate service changes and improve reliability.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance where it cannot reasonably identify you.
3. When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers supporting identity, banking, wallets, market data, communication, hosting, analytics or execution. A connected provider applies its own privacy policy to the information it independently handles.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.
ARXN does not ask you to send a wallet seed phrase, private key or online-banking password.
4. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, keep required financial and security records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention periods differ by record type, jurisdiction and provider requirement.
5. How information is protected
ARXN uses access controls, encrypted transport, restricted secrets, monitoring, backups and separation between public interfaces and protected services. No system is completely secure, so we also maintain recovery and incident-response procedures.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. You may disconnect an optional provider, adjust communication preferences or request account closure.
Some records cannot be immediately deleted where retention is required for security, transaction integrity or law.
7. International use, updates and contact
ARXN and its providers may process information in countries other than your own, using protections required by applicable law. We may update this policy when the product or legal requirements change.
Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the ARXN support page.
